That is most of what leak work is. Water runs along decking and rafters before it ever drips, so the stain on your Star ceiling is rarely under the actual hole. We work back to the real entry point, fix that, and check the rest of the roof while we are up there.
We do. After a storm we photograph the damage on your Star roof and write an itemized estimate you can hand to your adjuster. We do not file the claim for you and we will not promise you what an adjuster is going to approve — that is their call, not ours.
